Responsibilities
• Greet members and guests, assist with inquiries• Promote a judgment-free zone and support members' fitness journeys• Resolve member concerns and escalate when necessary• Answer phones, assist callers• Perform membership tasks such as sign-ups and updates• Execute retail transactions and drive sales• Clean and sanitize exercise equipment and facilities• Address safety and cleanliness issues• Perform regular club area walks• Address maintenance and facility concerns
Requirements
• 6-12 months of customer service experience preferred• Must be 18 years or older• Willingness to become CPR/AED Certified• Basic computer proficiency• Physical demands include standing, lifting up to 75 pounds• Encounter toxic chemicals, frequent cleaning• Ability to bend, twist, and move into different positions
