We're seeking a Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) to join our team and make a significant impact in the healthcare industry. As an FBC, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our franchisees across Middle to Southern California and potentially other states, ensuring their success and the growth of our brand. This is a hybrid position that requires a dynamic individual who can work both independently and collaboratively.
Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular site visits and audits, providing financial and operational guidance, and offering strategic advice to enhance the performance of our franchise centers. You'll also be responsible for training and development, ensuring that our franchisees have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site visits and audits to assess and improve franchise operations.
- Monitor financial health, staffing, marketing efforts, and compliance with company standards.
- Provide regular consultation to franchisees on operational excellence, customer service, and financial management.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue and profitability.
- Create and present educational models for training and development.
- Cultivate strong relationships with franchisees and vendors.
- Assist in the pre-opening phase of new franchise locations.
- Coordinate training activities and ensure the availability of training materials.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Travel up to 50% of the time to support franchisees and attend meetings.
Qualifications:
- Residence in California is required.
- Multi-unit healthcare management experience is preferred.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of business management and/or franchising experience.
- Strong commitment to excellence and a desire to contribute to the growth of our brand.
