POSITION SUMMARY:

This position ensures orders are picked and put aways are done accurately. The Warehouse Forklift Driver responsibilities include receiving incoming merchandise, unloading trailers, filling orders for customer shipments, loading trailers, and movement of goods from the storage to loading area. Incumbents may use a forklift to perform the above-mentioned responsibilities. Responsibilities will include some activities not involving forklifts. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Treat all coworkers with dignity and respect regardless of gender, race, national origin, age, religions, sexual orientation, or disability. Pick orders. Pack orders. Load outgoing shipments. Unload containers. Put away incoming product accurately using RF gun. Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy. Replenish empty bins. Maintain high productivity numbers. Forklift operation of order picker, reach truck, and sit-down forklift. Floor picking (off machine) picking when needed. Act professionally and remain focused while working. Safely operate all warehouse equipment. Follow directions of leadership, required to perform the role. Perform cleaning activities as required. Maintain a safe and clean warehouse. Maintain a positive attitude. Additional responsibilities as assigned by management. QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS High school diploma or equivalent Experience and certification on Order Picker, reach truck and sit-down forklift. Ability to operate a warehouse cart. Ability to follow detailed instructions/detailed oriented. Ability to use electronic devices. Have the physical strength and dexterity to lift and carry up to 60 lbs. Ability to Stand and walk for 8+ hours per day. Ability to bend, stoop, and twist repetitively. Ability to work independently without close supervision. Ability to count, add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers quickly and accurately. Ability to read and understand pick tickets written in English. Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when required. BUDGET QUALIFICATIONS
