Alpine Gardens has been beautifying Northern Colorado and surrounding areas with award-winning landscapes since 1978. We are looking for qualified residential construction landscape foreman to join our team. The landscape foreman is responsible for installations and the management of projects off site. The foreman is also responsible for completing landscape installation jobs of high quality and in an efficient manner. If you have experience in the residential landscape field and like to work in a fun, fast paced environment, this might be the perfect opportunity for you. -Maintain, teach and lead by example in a safe environment
-Direct activities on the job site
-Manage personnel effectively and efficiently
-Communicate and coordinate with the designer effectively for accurate completion of installations
-Train and promote the development of subordinates in the best practices of installation and company standards
-Monitor all tools, equipment and machinery for needed maintenance
-Track and record all job expenses and hours worked accurately
-Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
General Requirements:
-3+ years experience
-Clean driving record
-Proficient equipment operating skills
-Extensive knowledge and experience in installing a variety of hardscape applications
-Knowledge of perennials, shrubs, evergreens, and trees
-Highly motivated, self driven individual who is detail orientated
-Excellent attention to detail while working in a fun & fast paced environment
-Strong verbal & written communication skills
-Good time management skills; be available for seasonal long hours & weekends
-Ability to prioritize and multi-task
-Able to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and background (i.e. clients, contractors, vendors, other designers)
-Punctual and dependable
