Requirements
• Ability to coach and motivate a team to excel at sales and profit results• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays• 1+ years of retail experience preferred• Proven communication skills• Solution-oriented mindset and ability to be flexible• Formal education and degrees are nice to have, but total experience and achievements are most important
