The Financial Operations Analyst is responsible for assisting internal teams in researching complex client and talent financial issues across internal and external payment and billing systems or platforms to ensure client satisfaction.
In this role you will: Prepare payroll for 1099 and W2 contractors, ensuring payments are made compliantly per state and business requirements Solve issues that arise related to invoice errors, time and expense entry, payroll processing, and overpayments Provide reporting, analysis, and in-depth reconciliations for payment related items Provide guidance to Client Care teams by managing Zendesk tickets to proper communication on error correction or information is provided to support the inquiry from the client or talent.
