Responsibilities
• Analyze customers' credit and provide accurate paperwork in every deal• Maintain understanding of finance and lending landscape• Communicate with customers and respond to inquiries• Negotiate with lenders for fair terms and rates• Develop strategies to increase fully-funded subprime deals• Train salesperson on financing methods and techniques• Meet specific goals assigned by Finance Manager• Ensure customer satisfaction by following up after financing
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent• Minimum of five years Finance/Credit/Lending Experience• Knowledge of finance and automotive industry• Outstanding customer service and salesmanship skills• Ability to communicate with people of diverse backgrounds• Excellent attention to detail• Ability to work independently• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Thorough comprehension and technical skill in various finance programs
