What You Will Do:
The Finance Manager performs complex accounting functions including fiscal interpretation and analysis requiring full professional competency. Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports. Primary Responsibilities: Establishes and maintains accounting and fiscal control records and procedures used in an organizational unit Prepares balance sheet and profit and loss statements, consolidated financial statements, and other accounting schedules and reports Support business unit managers and senior leadership with the interpretation of financial results, Create and analyze Sales, bookings, commissions, and pricing reports, Build business model for proposals and new business including some TINA proposals Work with engineering and program manager to report and analyze project performance, Manage the account receivables In charge core vendor and customer data management Improve and sustain analytical and digital reporting tools that help in decision-making. Automate processes and optimize ERP system Perform special projects and assist with other department functions as required. Oversees Finance team Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in accounting. CPA is highly desirable. 10+ years Accounting/Finance experience Experience in managing teams Specialized Skills and Abilities Advanced Excel skills and the analytical skills to extract and interpret data. Experience of Infor Syteline, Vena or Power BI systems is a plus Great communication and organizational skills. Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment. Ability to uphold and exemplify the organizations guiding principles. Ability to work in a high paced environment. Initiative, the drive to succeed. and solid analytical and problem solving skills. Physical Requirements: Frequent use of personal computers, database and digital platforms, and other office productivity machinery, such as copy machines and computer printers. Frequently uses hands, fingers, and arms to reach, handle, touch or feel equipment, materials, and computer. The person in this position needs to frequently move inside the office Frequent close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Occasionally use of steps, or ladder. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Salary Range
Please note the typical hiring range is $130,000 - $170,000 annually. Job offers within the range are based on significant job qualifications and pay equity
