Finance Manager

Finance Manager Location Bellevue, WA (Belred area) : Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will oversee the financial health of our organization, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing financial performance.
Duties:
- Manage financial reporting and analysis- Develop and implement financial policies- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements- Oversee treasury management and cash flow forecasting- Conduct financial statement preparation and analysis- Supervise financial services such as payroll and accounts payable/receivable- Perform financial management duties including budgeting and forecasting- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits- Provide guidance on financial decisions to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA preferred- Proven experience in finance, accounting, or related roles- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial analysis, and compliance management- Experience in treasury management, public accounting, and regulatory reporting- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office suite

Base pay range is $90,268 to $118,478 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
