Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all finance and insurance (F&I) department activities. Develop and implement effective financing strategies to maximize profitability. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to automotive finance. Train and mentor finance team members to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional customer service. Build strong relationships with financial institutions and insurance providers to secure favorable terms and rates for customers. Monitor market trends and adjust financing programs as needed to remain competitive in the market. Collaborate with sales and service departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience. Prepare financial reports and forecasts for dealership management. Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive finance management. Strong understanding of finance and insurance products and services. Excellent leadership and team-building skills. Proficiency in dealership management software and financial analysis tools.
