Feed Mill Manager

We are working with an ag company that is seeking a  Feed Mill Manager in SW Minnesota. Looking for someone with prior milling or grain elevator experience capable of hitting-the-ground-running. Feed Mill Manager Responsibilities: Help establish company goals for Preventative Maintenance and Production Oversee production within a mill setting Manage a crew of 5 employees Maintain and repair mechanical issues within the mill Utilize company resources Feed Mill Manager Requirements: Prior experience within a milling or grain elevator setting  Degree in Animal Nutrition preferred Ability to train and manage crew Strong mechanical/maintenance background with the ability to troubleshoot Compensation: $65K-$85K base
