Farm Operations Manager

A leader in the specialty crop industry is looking to hire a Farm Operations Manager . If you are looking for a career in the potato industry, this is for you!!Responsibilities:Directly supervise and coordinate the operations necessary for specialty crop production, including but not limited to tillage, maintenance, planting, cultivating, harvest, etc.Help manage scheduling of fertilizer applications, irrigation, and chemical applicationsConsistently communicate about farm activities, challenges, and management decisionsSupport innovation of farm practicesEnsure proper safety procedures for personnel and equipment are being followed at all timesQualifications:7+ years experience in the agriculture industryValid driver's licenseGood leadership, decision-making, and communication skillsSelf-motivated, ability to work independently and with a teamAble to lift 50 poundsPotato experience preferredPlease submit a resume for consideration.
