As the Extrusion Operator you would perform duties to setup and operate extrusion machines to make custom plastic profiles. Duties/Responsibilities Service, repair, and operate extrusion equipment. Assist in initial line setup and change overs following posted schedule. Blend materials and load hoppers to meet product specifications and order needs. Perform a variety of mechanical and physical testing using calipers and other measurement processes. Maintain order and cleanliness in all work areas through 5S and LEAN manufacturing methods. Operate tow motor to load and unload raw materials. Help in data reporting for quality control and production. Pay and Shift info Starting pay is $18-$20/hour based on experience 2nd shift is 6pm-6am working a rotating schedule Temp to hire opportunity with the company. Skills/Qualifications 1 year experience operating an extrusion mold or similar machine. Mechanical and mathematical aptitude. Basic computer experience. High School Diploma or GED.
