Responsibilities
• Conduct face-to-face tax interviews with clients• Generate business growth and increase client retention• Answer client calls and provide tax-related support• Process client payments and ensure timely deposits• Contribute to marketing and business generation efforts• Support office priorities through teamwork• Mentor and support teammates• Handle sensitive and confidential information• Complete E-filing and provide printed copies of returns• Provide guidance on multiyear, multistate, and year-end tax forms
Requirements
• 2+ seasons of previous tax experience• Experience completing individual, trust, &/or partnership tax returns• Excellent customer service and communication skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred• Field Instructor, Remote Support, or Call Center certification a plus• Tax planning and audit support experience preferred• CPA or Enrolled Agent license is a bonus• PTIN Certification is required
