Job Description Executive Assistant Starting pay rate ranges between $20 to $32/hr DOE
The Executive Assistant is an exciting opportunity to be a trusted and valued partner supporting a thriving sales executive. The Executive Assistant will use tact and discretion in their role as they coordinate the Executive's office functions, maintaining a complex schedule, managing expectations of individuals within Summit Funding and exeeding expectations of external partners, coordinating travel arrangements, and assisting in special projects as needed. 
Essential Duties of the Position: Accurately manage the calendar of the Executive including the scheduling and tracking of meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and other commitments as needed. Accurately manage the office functions of the Executive by answering calls, organizing files and paperwork, assisting as able, taking meeting notes as needed, and providing other support. Facilitate the efficiency and effectiveness of the Executive. Accurately collect, research, and report data.  Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations. Answer team member questions and provide support as needed. Provide professional and courteous service to customers and team members. Embody and spread a positive and supportive culture throughout the company. Work cooperatively with management to effectively communicate and implement performance standards and objectives. Maintain confidentiality at all times. Draft, review, and/or distribute written correspondence. Collaborate with other Executive Assistant team members to exchange ideas, share best practices, and contribute to special assignments and activities. Complete special projects and other duties related to supporting the assigned Executive. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of related experience preferred. Commitment to excellence and high standards. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work with all levels of management. Strong organizational skills. Ability to manage priorities and workflow. Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Proven ability at maintaining confidentiality.
