Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7 AM - 6 PM.

This unique position combines the responsibilities of a high-powered executive assistant with the rewarding duties of a family coordinator and nanny. You'll support our CEO both professionally and personally, ensuring the seamless operation of their business and household. Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistance: Business Logistics: Assist with staff scheduling & payroll ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency. Provide support during peak times by assisting within the business as needed including but not limited to answering the phones and text messages, contributing to a smooth workflow and exceptional customer service. Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO. Communication: Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence, acting as the primary point of contact for the CEO. Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Project Management: Assist with business projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved. Event Planning: Organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities. Family Coordination: Childcare: Provide attentive and nurturing care for the CEO's children, including summer time pick-ups/drop offs, planning activities for them at our home and in the community, and any extracurricular activities. Household Management: Oversee household staff, manage schedules, and ensure the home runs smoothly. Errands: Handle shopping, run errands, and manage household supplies. Meal Planning: Plan and prepare nutritious meals for the family. Activity Planning: Coordinate and plan fun and educational activities for the children. Personal Assistance: Travel Arrangements: Plan and organize family vacations, including booking flights, accommodations, and activities. Appointments: Schedule and manage personal appointments for the CEO and family members. Special Projects: Assist with the preparation of personal projects and family events, such as birthday parties and celebrations. Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years as an executive assistant or in a similar role. Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management software. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Personal Traits: Reliable, proactive, and adaptable. Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for working with children.
