Event Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a superstar Event Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team and spearhead our event presence. You'll be the mastermind behind our conferences, from logistics to partner relations, ensuring we get the most out of every event.
What You'll Do:
Own event strategy and execution, working closely with Sales & Partnerships to identify key events that drive partner retention and product adoption.
Manage all event logistics flawlessly, ensuring a smooth experience for attendees and staff.
Oversee internal project plans, including registration, promotional materials, and trade show booth design.
Coordinate on-site activities and partner presentations to maximize subscription activations.
Track and report event ROI to measure success.

You're a master multi-tasker who can juggle projects and stakeholders with ease.
You have experience coordinating events, including logistics, materials management, and trade show setup.
You're comfortable traveling up to 40% of the time to attend events.
