Full job description About the Position We are seeking entry-level/early-career Architectural Designers (multiple positions) to join our growing Energy team working out of our Metairie, LA or Huntsville, AL office locations . Please note that this position will initially be contract (1099) with the potential to be hired permanently after 8-10 months. Also please note that the position will require up to 50% travel, including international travels on occasion. A valid US Passport is required. The ideal candidate is a recent Architecture graduate looking to grow in their engineering skills while getting first-hand experience on site with federal and commercial clients. The successful candidate would be mentored by our dynamic team of professionals while supporting/leading a range of multidisciplinary projects. The successful candidate would also interface with clients and support proposal development.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited college or university Internship or work experience in architectural design is a plus Ability to learn how to design in AutoCAD and Revit (previous experience in AutoCAD or Revit is a plus) Willing to travel up to 50% mainly domestic, but with occasional international trips Valid US Passport is required About Pond Pond is an award-winning, full-service environmental, architecture, engineering, planning, and construction firm providing professional solutions to clients throughout the U.S. and globally for over 54 years.
