Responsibilities
• Understand complex national organizations' needs and define business models• Call on aggregators and consolidators• Set strategy for key customers and coordinate with cross-functional teams• Generate revenue through strategic client needs analysis and solution development• Establish and strengthen relationships• Collaborate with sales teams and develop multi-discipline solutions• Build value-based care offerings• Adhere to established business acumen metrics• Manage high-level accounts and network with C-suite and Director Level• Experience negotiation with aggregators, consolidators, and private equity
Requirements
• Minimum 7 years of healthcare, private equity, and business development experience• High-level account management experience• C-suite and Director Level network• Contract and negotiation experience• Knowledge of diagnostics, capital, and supply chain/logistics market• Functional understanding of health plan economics• Business and financial acumen• Entrepreneurial strategies• Sales processes• National strategic account management and solution selling• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
