Job summary
Oversee and coordinate daily efforts for project management, supervision, cost control, estimating, quality control, schedule control, project engineering and field personnel associated with Engineering.Identify and review business opportunities with COO and Business Development personnel.Provide high-level direction for processes and technologies used in proposals and contracted projects.

Responsibilities
• Provide input and coordinate processes and equipment during proposal, engineering, and construction phases.• Review engineering estimates and bid documents.• Identify and recommend new technologies for projects.• Support workload management and optimize staff assignments.• Directly support PMs to ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and budget targets.• Promote communication between offices and personnel at all levels.• Collaborate with Discipline Managers to improve processes and project performance.• Ensure project deliverables are of the highest quality.• Manage project lifecycle and review and approve timesheets and expense reports.• Conduct performance reviews and recommend salary raises and bonuses.
Requirements
• Previous project and departmental management experience required.• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience.• Preferred degrees: Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.• Licensed, registered Professional Engineer designation.• Ability to plan, lead, organize and communicate with customers/stakeholders.• Proven successful project history.• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, MS Project, and other relevant software.• Ability to travel on short notice for extended periods of time.
