Job Summary:
You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by prospecting, diagnosing client needs, and aligning our Education Solutions with key decision makers in K-12 educational institutions. Your focus will be on fostering mutually beneficial relationships and helping clients realize the benefits of our Leader in Me solution.
Essential Job Functions:
Take the lead in new business development targeting K-12 schools/districts.
Utilize networking and social media outreach to connect with Principals, district leaders, and other stakeholders, generating interest and fostering new business opportunities.
Demonstrate adeptness in diagnosing client needs at a strategic level, establishing credibility in face-to-face and online interactions.
Leverage sales, platform, and social media technologies effectively.
Consistently close business within established guidelines for subscription, services, and expansion.
Basic Qualifications:
This role requires experience in one or both of the following areas:
3+ years of corporate and/or K-12 education sales experience.
3+ years of experience in education, preferably in a teaching, Principal, or Administrative role.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Demonstrated expertise in consultative sales, including lead generation, prospecting, forecasting, and closing deals.
Bachelor's degree in education, business, organizational development, or a related field.
Experience with subscription-based models and/or professional services environment, particularly in sales to Fortune 500 companies and/or K-12 education.
Familiarity with Leader in Me implementation.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver compelling sales presentations to K-12 decision makers.
