What you'll need: High school diploma or GED required AHA BLS/CPR certification required WA State Nursing Assistant Registered ( NA-R ), Nursing Assistant Certified ( NA-C ), Medical Assistant Certified ( MA-C ), Medical Assistant Registered ( MA-R ) or EMT required Washington State Medical Assistant-Phlebotomy certification required; as a condition of employment, application for MA-Phlebotomist Certification must be submitted within 90 days of hire.
