Qualifications BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college Minimum Sophomore standing or higher Able to work a minimum of 20 hours/week Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher Able to come onsite to our Fairlawn, OH office 3 days per week Proficient in Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Powerpoint Be a self-starter, able to work well independently, prioritize tasks, ask for feedback and demonstrate good follow-through skills Resiliencey and Adaptabillity Legal Authorization to work in the US is required.
