Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue online• Optimize product listings, keywords, and other content to improve search rankings and conversion rates• Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement• Manage inventory and fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery of orders• Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and promotions• Collaborate with marketing development team members , to drive growth and profitability• Stay up-to-date with online stores such as Amazon policies, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize performance
Requirements
• Ideal candidates would come from the online retail industry, have 3-5 years of ecommerce experience• Experienced yet hungry, with a strong growth mindset and demonstrate a successful commercial track record of building a sustainable business• The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the online marketplace such as Amazon and be able to develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue while also managing day-to-day operations on the platform• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field• 3 years of experience managing an Amazon e-commerce business• Strong knowledge of online stores marketplace, policies, and best practices• Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth on Amazon• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
