Learn more about Interlachen and culture by visiting us at Responsibilities and Expectations: Support the Sous Chef and all kitchen team members with daily tasks to ensure readiness for service Responsible for the daily setup and breakdown of dishwashing station Communicate orders and needs of cleaning products to leadership team Foster cleanliness, sanitizing stations, pots, pans, and cooking equipment Keep the dish room and area clean and organized Ensure safety, cleanliness and sanitation of area Participate in a positive team environment, demonstrating genuine hospitality and positivity Ideal Qualifications and Attributes: Education and Experience Must be at least 18 years of age Basic knowledge of restaurant and cleaning skills Attributes Positive - Continuously display a positive attitude during work Punctual - Shows up to work in a timely matter and rarely calls in Respectful - Able to take direction from leadership in a polite manner Efficient - Able to manage multiple tasks of differing needs at once Team-Oriented - Possesses a desire to be a part of a successful and passionate team Physical Requirements Ability to move and lift up to 50 lbs Bending/stooping/kneeling frequently Ability to stand for majority of shift Availability Open availability but mainly afternoons and evenings Available to work weekends and holidays Salary, Benefits, and Perks $16-$18/hr.
