Provide strategic leadership for the systems and programs administered by the agency to promote public safety.Investigate and implement new technologies, coordinate with campus partners and vendors, and support standard business architectures, technologies, and practices at Clemson University.Responsible for management oversight and analysis to support the development and integration of critical technology systems.

Responsibilities
• Motivate and monitor team to meet project milestones, quality, risks, issues, and performance.• Recruit and lead a proactive, service-oriented team, fostering an environment that promotes professional growth and staff development.• Supervise staff members assigned.• Research and evaluate market trends, current tools, techniques, and emerging technologies.• Establish and maintain working relationships with all stakeholders to determine the most viable and best solutions based on customer requirements and technology standards.• Create short-term and long-term proposals based on research and emerging demands.• Plan, organize, and execute tasks to support the public safety mission and overall vision for the University.• Serve as project leader and resource manager on small to enterprise-wide projects.• Develop project plans, establish deadlines, monitor project progress, and ensure accountability.• Collaborate with senior leaders and work with stakeholders to develop and maintain software solutions supporting Public Safety.• Interact with users and personnel to ensure the consistent and successful delivery of services based on user's needs.
Requirements
• Education: 1st Bachelor's Degree - Relevant Program Management Experience.• Work Experience: 1+ years.• Preferred Education: 1st Master's Degree - Project Management, Systems Analysis, Information Technology, or a related field of study.• Preferred Work Experience: 10+ years.
