Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Director of Digital Marketing to lead our K12 Individual business division. As a key member of our marketing team, you will drive growth, engagement, and conversion through strategic digital initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Marketing, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our online presence and deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies in alignment with business objectives.
Lead the strategic vision for our websites, social media channels, and email marketing to expand our reach and guide customers through the buyer's journey.
Drive organic traffic and improve search engine visibility through effective SEO strategies and content marketing.
Enhance website performance and user experience through continuous testing and optimization efforts.
Oversee digital advertising campaigns in partnership with external agencies to increase brand awareness and drive qualified leads.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track and communicate marketing metrics to stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive insights, informing our promotional tactics.
Ensure the quality and consistency of digital content across various platforms, including blogs, social media, advertisements, and website copy.
Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing, recommending innovative approaches to enhance our strategies.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2C or ecommerce industries.
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEMrush, and HubSpot.
Experience with web analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Sitecore, and HubSpot.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working effectively across teams.
Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and inspire team members.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in B2C or ecommerce industries.
