Weare seeking Director of Crisis Stabilization Unit in Stark County, Ohio. The purpose of this position is to lead the CSU in Stark County to manage amulti-bed behavioral health crisis stabilization unit with 24/7 coverage.

Duties include:
Develop and Maintain staffing schedule for theunit
Coordinate admissions and discharges
Develop and implement daily treatmentregimen.
Support coordination with other services forindividuals admitted to unit.
Provide clinical leadership, management, anddirect care to individuals admitted to the crisis unit.
Qualifications:
Master's degree along with LSW/LISWor LPC/LPCC licensure
Must be eligible for an NPI number and an OhioMedicaid number
Preference given to the followingcandidates:
Current LSW or LPC licensure
Past or current work management experience
Past or current Experience in motivationalinterviewing, crisis intervention, and trauma informed care
