### Job Description
**Position: Director of Commercial Brokerage Operations**
**Location: Remote (U.S. Only)**

#### What You Will Do
As the Director of Commercial Brokerage Operations, you will lead and collaborate on all aspects of our commercial brokerage operations. Your role will involve supporting agents and brokers nationwide, with a deep understanding of the commercial real estate industry. You will ensure compliance with state licensing laws and work towards achieving company goals that promote an agent-centric environment. Your responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional brokerage support to agents in their client and customer interactions.
- Leading and coordinating support across states for brokers and support staff.
- Monitoring performance goals and enforcing accountability.
- Tracking and reporting tool utilization metrics to the Vice President of Brokerage Operations.
- Engaging with agents through various communication channels.
- Collaborating effectively with internal and external departments.
- Ensuring agent retention through performance management, product knowledge, and training.
- Achieving brokerage goals related to retention, growth, and new directives.
- Enforcing company policies and procedures.
- Developing reports and providing mentoring and learning opportunities.
- Innovating in brokerage operations to support a growing national agent base.
- Managing and enhancing compliance with company-wide and state-specific brokerage operations manuals.
- Supporting growth and productivity teams by engaging with prospective agents.
- Collaborating with the National Commercial Agent Advisory Council and industry groups.
- Traveling to states to support agent events and staff initiatives.
- Networking, presenting, training, coaching staff, and agents, and collaborating with local industry leaders.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
#### How You Will Make an Impact
- Hold an active real estate managing broker license with continuing education credits in real estate, management, and legal compliance.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of leadership within a brokerage.
- Manage and motivate a regional workforce successfully.
- Lead and inspire others, developing staff and maintaining high standards of relations with employees, agents, and consumers.
- Analyze data to optimize productivity and efficiencies.
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with internal partners to achieve successful results.
- Analyze processes, support change, and think strategically to meet business goals.
- Drive results and meet goals with a strong sense of urgency.
- Make quick decisions and solve problems using good judgment.
- Uphold the highest degree of integrity.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
#### Education & Experience
- 5-10 years of experience in real estate brokerage.
- Managing Broker Level License required.
