**Role Overview:**
As the Business Development Leader, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a strategic business development plan to secure third-party management contracts. Your efforts will be crucial in driving our company's growth and expanding our market presence.
- **Strategic Business Development:**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy focused on the senior living and hospitality sectors.
- Achieve quarterly sales quotas and contribute to the company's overall growth objectives.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our third-party management portfolio.
- **Sales Pipeline Management:**
- Maintain and enhance a robust pipeline of third-party management deals.
- Collaborate with the Development Department to align efforts and foster external relationships that lead to new business opportunities.
- **Travel and Remote Work:**
- Be prepared to travel up to 30% within the United States to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Enjoy the flexibility of remote work, with the opportunity to work from anywhere within the U.S., except when required to be in our Salt Lake area office for meetings.
**Qualifications:**
- **Education and Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or real estate development.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in building and executing a business development strategy.
- **Skills:**
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
