LOCATION: SW Region ( MT, WY, CO, NM, KS, OK, AR, TX) JOB SUMMARY U nd e r t h e su p e r v i s ion and direction of the Senior Director, Corporate Partnerships & Business Development (SDCP&BD) , the Director, Corporate Partnerships & Business Development ( D CP& BD) manages and identifies lead generation to support and accelerate the sales process and expand / drive revenue growth across corporate prospects, industries and categories , including cause marketing . This includes driving an ongoing cycle of prospect qualification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship, ensuring partnership retention and diversification. Together, with the SD CP& BD , t his position works cross - territory to support the Division's annual revenue goal through collaboration, proficiency and insight , managing significant lead generation for national and regional account s , and where applicable, supporting regional directors responsible for major renewal business with a focus on multi-year partnerships and in support of the BGCA mission. The D CP& BD will support the content and development of go-to-market sales tools and assets, advance cause marketing initiatives and provide insight into new sellable opportunities beyond traditional programmatic funding, i.e., government relations.  
The D CP& BD will support ideation, creation and development of proposal concepts, marketing activations and partnership thought starters , and be responsible for moving prospects from discovery through negotiation, working in partnership with other region Directors, Corporate Partnerships & Business Development to close business. The Director will be responsible for direct and/or indirect revenue of a minimum of $7-10 M annually
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Manage l ead generation and the prospecting cycle to accelerate the sales process and e xpand/drive revenue growth including developing and evolving an ongoing cycle of prospect qualification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship, ensuring partnership retention and diversification .   Identify gaps in revenue from industries and categories , developing annual plans for targeted outreach and engagement.   Collaborate with team member , providing insight in supporting revenue generation for national and regional accounts , including significant renewals where applicable .   Support ideation, creation and development of proposal concepts, marketing activations and partnership thought starters.   Provide insight and ideation on content and development of go-to-market sales tools and assets, including annual cause marketing campaign(s) and initiatives, and new sellable opportunities.   With Corporate Partnerships & Business Development Directors, drive automation, tracking and monitoring of lead generation through various platforms, including Salesforce, to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.   Leverage resources to identify data and strategies to engage corporate audiences and secure long-term and high-yielding partnerships.    Monitor forecast ing models with integrity in collaboration with SD CP& BD.   Work cross functionally ( Regional Development Officers, Individual Giving, Youth Development, Partnership Marketing & Public Relations, Field Operations, Partnerships & Growth, etc.) to support the develop ment of robust and targeted solicitation(s) for prospects based upon targeted research and leveraging senior leadership and trustee connections/ networks .    Share responsibility, and significantly contribute to Corporate Partnerships Team Total Revenue and Operating Revenue goals, as well as other quantitative factors .   ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain and demonstrate understanding of corporate social responsibility and related issue and trends – how they are evolving and expectations of companies to address global and local issue s, sharing timely information and learnings to broader CP&BD Team.   Engage with the Corporate Partnership & Engagement leadership team to further enhance and support division strategies and special projects including, but not limited to c onduct ing and/or participat ing in state, regional and national staff meetings and conferences ; serve as representative for Corporate Partnerships & Engagement T eam on task forces and work groups as needed.
