We are seeking a Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Advertising Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on Facebook, TikTok, and Google. Your expertise in digital advertising strategies and your ability to analyze data will be critical to our success.
Key Responsibilities: Digital Advertising Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital advertising strategies that align with our marketing objectives, target audience, and budget constraints.
Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads, ensuring they are optimized for maximum reach, engagement, and conversions.
Ad Creative: Collaborate with the design team to produce compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience and adhere to platform-specific guidelines.
Audience Targeting: Utilize audience segmentation and targeting features on each platform to reach the most relevant audience segments and maximize ROI.
Budget Management: Monitor and manage advertising budgets to achieve campaign goals while maintaining cost efficiency.
Ad Performance Analysis: Continuously analyze and report on ad performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and adjust strategies accordingly.
A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize ad copy, creatives, and landing pages for improved performance.
Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research and implement relevant keywords to improve ad visibility on Google Ads.
Stay Updated: Stay current with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital advertising to ensure our campaigns are cutting-edge.

Proficiency in advertising tools and platforms (e.g., Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and create engaging ad content. Strong organizational and project management skills.
