Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:
- Act as primary contact for SMB clients using OMG's online marketing services
- Work with internal teams (designers, developers, SEO, paid ads, social media)
- Heavy emphasis on client contact/management and discussing digital marketing strategies
- Manage client relationships, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Establish goals, measure/report campaign performance
- Collect client assets for content creation
- QA/QC marketing materials
- Analyze paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
- Website project management as intermediary between clients and web team
Requirements:
- Strong communication (verbal/written), customer service skills
- Sales experience
- Organized, detail-oriented, good time management
- Passion for SEO and digital marketing
- Project/account management skills
- Adaptable/fast learner
- Familiarity with platforms like Google Business Profile, Facebook Pages, Google Analytics, CRMs
- Paid search (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) experience a plus
- Proficient with G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Hangouts, etc.)
Compensation: $53,000 per year base salary + commission bonuses
