Digital Marketing Associate - Work From Home

Ripple is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Associate to join our team based in Austin, Texas. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website- Manage all digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and online advertising- Analyze and report on the performance of campaigns, using data to optimize strategies- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements:- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Energetic and driven personality- Leadership and negotiation skills- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines- Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media platforms- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
