Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Marketing Director to execute email marketing campaigns, including template design and performance analysis.
Create visually compelling graphics and materials for various marketing channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Develop engaging content for blogs, social media, and promotional materials.
Support organic social media efforts to enhance audience engagement and growth.
Assist in managing CRM systems and analyzing customer data to inform marketing strategies.
Develop visually appealing presentations for internal and external use.
Coordinate materials for conferences and events, both in-person and virtual.
Monitor and report on marketing analytics, providing insights for optimization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).
Strong design skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with social media platforms and related software.
