Destination Specialist

Position Overview: We are looking for a Destination Specialist- Travel Sales to assist with travel arrangements for our customers. As the Destination Specialist, you will be responsible for providing personalized travel plans to customers, developing relationships with customers, and maintaining knowledge of the available travel destinations.
Key Responsibilities: Develop relationships with customers to provide personalized travel plans Strong understanding and experience of all of Europe and specifically Italy Consult customers on their desired travel destination and recommend appropriate options Maintain knowledge of the available travel destinations and the services and amenities offered Complete travel arrangements and reservations for customers Provide customer service support for all travel-related inquiries Ensure all travel documentation is complete and up-to-date Engage potential customers in outbound sales calls and emails Qualifications: Experience in sales, travel, travel arrangements, and tourism Knowledge of a variety of destinations, especially Italy and Europe Strong customer service skills Excellent problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience with travel operations and/or travel sales is a plus Benefits Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
