POSITION SUMMARY: The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing client business processes, re-engineering the techniques to improve efficiency, and performing many of the functional tasks required for a successful D365 implementation. The developer will architect, design, develop, maintain, operate and support D365 applications at Opici. Will lead enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure Serverless Application implementations and integration, including all project phases such as initiation, analysis, design, build, test, and deployment. Collaborates with software development staff, system analysts and project managers throughout multiple project life cycles. Responsibilities include working with the ERP team and SMEs to support, integrate and optimize the ERP solution to create operational efficiencies, improve data quality and increase management visibility. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops customized Dynamics 365 solutions, configures, and administers D365 F&O integrations and data management. Develops programming extensions and integrations to Dynamics 365. Performs data migrations to Dynamics 365. Creates integrations to third party applications (EDI, e-commerce, portals, etc.). Programs custom solutions using X++, Visual Studio 2019 using C#. Develops reports using Microsoft reporting tools SSRS and writes ETL packages using SSIS. Develops analytics dashboards using Microsoft PowerBI. Performs gap analysis between MS Dynamics functionality and business requirements. Collects and transforms business requirements into plans and schedules. Applies F&O patches and migrates F&O environments across sandboxes, UAT, and into Production. Build, deploy, and migrate of F&O solutions across development, test, pre-production, and production environments. SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGIES: Opici project management tools - Smart sheet, Box file sharing, Excel Issue and Task Lists, Lucid Charts. D365 and Azure DevOPs and SQL environment. Dynamics LCS (Life Cycle Services). Opici business systems. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree in computer science. 4+ years strong .Net/C#/X++. Minimum of 4 years' experience in Dynamics 365 ERP design, implementation, development, and configuration. 5+ years' experience SQL/BI Development. Microsoft Azure Stack experience. Configure and develop stored procedures, triggers, scheduled jobs, SSIS packages, and relational databases in SQL Server using MS Visual Studio, MS SQL Management Console, and Transact SQL. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Gather, document, and translate user requirements into enterprise-integrated feature-based solutions in Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations using iterative development methodologies. Train the development teams with D365 development process. Architect, configure and manage Microsoft Azure Cloud services, and other Microsoft Office services supporting the Dynamics 365 ecosystem including, but not limited to, PowerApps, Flow, SharePoint Online, and file transfer platforms.
