Job Description:

International Paper is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to work remotely from Jacksonville, Florida. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement- Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and product development to enhance the overall customer experience- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to management- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer support

Requirements:- Independent and adaptable personality traits- Strong critical thinking skills and emotional intelligence- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven experience in a customer support or similar role- Ability to lead and motivate a team- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
