Job Description:

Nike is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Customer Success Manager at Nike, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers, providing guidance, support, and proactive communication to ensure their success - Understand each customer's unique needs and goals, and work to develop customized solutions to meet those needs- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and effective solutions- Monitor customer usage and engagement with our products, identifying trends and potential areas for improvement- Drive customer retention by establishing and implementing strategies for ongoing engagement and satisfaction- Track key performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field- Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer success or account management roles- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously- Confidence and reliability in dealing with customers and internal stakeholders- Ability to work independently and remotely- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
