Job Description:
Corning is seeking a passionate and driven Customer Success Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Jacksonville, Florida. As an Associate Level Customer Success Manager with at least 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers.
Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize customer success and satisfaction- Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues in a timely manner- Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers to ensure they are utilizing our products and services effectively- Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with customers to gather feedback and measure their satisfaction- Create and deliver reports and presentations to demonstrate the value and impact of our products and services- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer success initiatives
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field- Proven track record of at least 5 years in a customer success or account management role- Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and remotely- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
