As a Customer Success Manager at Mattel in Phoenix, Arizona, your role will be critical in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with our clients. This part-time position requires a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for the customer and drive solutions that align with their goals- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, providing recommendations for enhancing service delivery- Develop and implement customer success strategies that drive retention and growth- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with products and services- Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics to proactively address any issues- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue and drive business growth
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- Passionate about customer success and driven to exceed expectations- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Creative problem-solver with a customer-centric mindset- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite- Experience in the toy industry or consumer products is a plus
