Nextdoor is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Success Associate to join our team in New York City, New York. As a part-time position with an entry-level seniority, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role. We are looking for someone who is confident in their abilities and possesses strong communication and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with Nextdoor's platform- Provide timely and effective support to customers via email, phone, and online chat- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling- Monitor customer feedback and communicate insights to the product development team for continuous improvement- Assist in the onboarding of new customers and provide training and guidance as needed- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to address any issues and ensure their ongoing success- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customer success strategies- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong strategic planning abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
