CoverWallet, an Aon Company is seeking a Customer Success Advisor to impact the growth of our company and help redefine how companies take care of insurance online.
The Customer Success Advisor will focus on retaining, renewing, and growing existing accounts within our CoverWallet HealthCare program.
This is a hybrid opportunity that can be located in our Victor, NY, Fort Washington, PA, or Houston, TX offices. Multiple positions are available. Aon is in the business of better decisions: At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.

What the day will look like: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing your own book of business Handling incoming tasks for your assigned business Renew and retain customers and accounts Account growth (additional policies) Skills and experience that will lead to success: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Consistent track record of delivering on customer success and account growth goals Ability to balance multiple requests with close attention to detail Love of technology and learning new systems Required license or certification: P&C license preferred. Will be required to acquire within three months of hire day. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience. The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $40,000 to $50,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.  The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
