Responsibilities
• Take inbound and outbound telephone calls• Customize Ferrellgas programs and services to meet customer needs• Ensure accurate account setup, maintenance, and closing of customer account information• Handle customer issues and complaints• Perform soft collections for customers on credit hold or past due• High School Diploma or equivalent• 1 year of customer service experience• Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills• Strong organizational skills with typing and data entry experience• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Access• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States• Applicants must not require sponsorship for an employment visa• Preferred remote qualifications: Windows 10 or higher operating system, computer with 8GB-16GB RAM, hardwired connection to the modem, minimum cable or DSL speeds of 100MB with 10MB upload speed
