As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for handing incoming phone calls to the Body Shop, setting appointments for customers, updating customers on repair order status and processing payments. We may also have you communicate with our insurance partners, as well as handle filing duties and light accounting functions to support the body shop. Customer service is our focus, so professionalism, maturity and ethical behavior are a must for this position!
