This position will include working with external customers to assist them with general inquiries about Northwest Center, our mission, and donation opportunities. Location:Renton 
Starting Wage Range:$18 - $20 per hour | Full Wage Range:$18 - $21 per hour
Hours:Monday – Friday 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Essential Duties: Providing 5-star customer service to all employees, clients, customers, visitors, or vendors over the phone or via emailUtilizing professional communication over the phone and via emailKeeping detailed record of call metrics according to standard operating procedureUtilizing tools and technology appropriately, including software, CRMs, databases, scripts, etc...Opening and closing Northwest Center location, making sure the area is clean and organized and confidential material is locked up. Greeting and allowing entrance for all incoming employees, customers, vendors, and visitors.Receiving letters, packages and sending them to appropriate destination, and managing outgoing mailOrdering and maintaining inventory supplies such as coffee, soap, paper products, etc...Requirements
2 + year(s) Customer Service experienceCall center experience preferred.Ability to type 40 WPM.Proficiency with Windows, Excel and Outlook e-mail.Ability to work at a stationary desk for extended periods of time
Ability to use and work with computer monitors and complete keyboarding for extended periods of time
Regular and punctual attendance
Flexibility to work from either our SeaTac or Renton location
