Job Description:

Northrop Grumman is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in San Diego, California. As an Associate Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various communication channels. You will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively- Provide product information and assistance to customers- Process orders, returns, and exchanges- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met- Uphold company policies and procedures for customer service- Meet or exceed customer service goals and performance targets- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Reliable and adaptable with a positive attitude- Strong project management skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure- High school diploma or equivalent required- Must be authorized to work in the United States
