Full job description Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Due to increased growth, Princeton Insurance Agency (Princeton Branch location) is in need of an energetic individual to perform Customer Service Representative duties for our sizeable client base. Candidates will demonstrate an ability to take initiative and complete tasks unsupervised. Full-Time position, 40 hours a week anticipated, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Competitive health insurance benefits. This is an "In-Office" position. No remote hours, no exceptions.
Duties to include assisting Account Managers with existing client needs, phone work, data entry, and minor insurance work/quoting. Primary hours in Princeton Branch, with occasional back-up duties in Milaca, Foley, or Cambridge branches. No experience or insurance license needed. We will train you. Prior insurance experience a "plus" but not required. Advancement available for the right person. Competitive pay commensurate with experience.
