Responsibilities
• Provide excellent and timely customer service• Pro-actively greet and be responsive to customer needs• Effectively present and sell car wash services, memberships, and additional purchase options• Identify customer needs and present complimentary solutions• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment• Keep convenience store merchandise stocked and organized• Maintain point-of-sale transaction, sales, and cash drawer integrity• Follow Waterway policies, procedures, and safety instructions• Perform various administrative tasks• Perform various transactional functions
Requirements
• 6 months work experience in a retail environment preferred• OR experience in a leadership position in an organization• Current and valid drivers' license• Professional demeanor, behavior, and appearance• Ability to perform essential functions safely• Ability to comply with local/State health code requirements• Meet local/State minimum age requirements• Ability to complete required trainings/certifications
