Job Summary:Ed Staub & Sons Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Hermiston, Oregon. As a Full Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and promoting a positive image of our company. This is an individual contributor role, where you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills while working in a fast-paced and supportive environment.Compensation & Benefits:This is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive compensation package of $17.5 to $20 per hour, paid semimonthly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as paid time off and 401(k) retirement plan options.Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing information about our products and servicesAddress and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional mannerProcess orders, payments, and refunds accurately and efficientlyMaintain accurate customer records and documentationCollaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any service-related issuesContinuously strive to improve customer service processes and proceduresKeep up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customersFollow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all timesMaintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with customers and colleaguesRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business or customer service is preferred1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or hospitality settingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesProficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and CRM softwareAbility to multitask and manage time effectivelyWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if neededReliable transportation to and from workEEOC Statement:Ed Staub & Sons Petroleum, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
